Y’s Field Support provides professional support for European machinery manufacturers operating and entering in the Japanese market.

With more than 25 years of experience in the packaging and converting and printing machinery industry, we support technical communication, market coordination, and practical field activities between overseas manufacturers and Japanese customers.

Our work includes assisting European equipment manufacturers in developing business opportunities in Japan, supporting technical discussions with converters and industrial users, and providing local field assistance.

In addition to new equipment projects, Y’s Field Support also provides field services related to used industrial machinery transactions.

We also work closely with a network of experienced local partners in Japan who can support machinery dismantling, relocation, logistics, and technician dispatch when required.

These services include on-site inspection of equipment, third-party technical evaluation, and coordination support for international transactions of used machinery.

We can act as a reliable local partner to verify the condition of machinery, assess operational status, and provide independent observations for buyers, sellers, and equipment traders.

Through work with European equipment manufacturers and Japanese converters, he has supported numerous technical projects, installations, and field activities in Japan.

His experience includes technical coordination, factory visits, project support, and communication between overseas suppliers and Japanese industrial users.
